Best Places to Live in America

Livability.com recently evaluated over 2,000 cities in the United States that have a population ranging from 20,000 to 350,000 and ranked the best 100 cities to live in America. While many people who immigrate to the U.S. want to live in large cities, such as Los Angeles and New York, many of the smaller cities in America offer the quality of life that immigrants find attractive.

The report by Livability.com rated the small to medium-sized cities on forty different factors that were then placed in eight categories for livability. These categories were demographics, education, housing, transportation and infrastructure, amenities, economy, healthcare, and social and civic capital. Each of the cities was then given a livability score based on these eight factors.
